03 Design Thinking Process

1. Empathize
-
The first step of our journey was to investigate problem(s) that LegalBuddy is facing. Company presented the main problem: how to attract more SMEs to use their legal service and provide them clear information?

2. Define
-
First we defined our target group and then brainstorm about a lot of ideas to solve problem that the company is facing.

3. Ideate
-
After we collected information from employees and brainstorm our ideas, we came up for things that we consider that are the most valuable to prove and solve. Since we had a lot of idea, it was really hard to focus on one thing. We discussed about our notes and decided about the solution:

4. Test - Feedback
-
We presented our idea to other groups from the bootcamp. We received a lot of amazing ideas which helped us a lot on what to focus. We summarized them and decided to make a road map.

3. Ideate
-
What we have decided to include in our solution?

User journey map

5. Prototype - High-fidelity

04 Feedback
-
After our presentation, we received feedback from other groups

05 Conclusion
What I have learned?

-
This Bootcamp was very challenging for me. Everything was new. From the law field to meeting new people and solving the real company problem. It was a really amazing experience. I've learned how to listen people and how to ask questions. I had a lot of questions since I didn't know a lot of the law field but I digged deep into it and ask everything for what I wasn't sure about, and it worked! Also, the most amazing part was to learn how to combine design process with law.
What we could do better?

-
I think we did really a great job for the amount of time. It was really challenging experience for all of us. Although some of teammates had experience with this kind of sessions but still there is always place to improve your skills.
-
However, at some point we lost our track and it was hard to continue since we didn't determine our roles in the beginning. But, in the end all of us gave all what we had on our mind until our presentation! And yes, they said that our communication on the stage was amazing!
